Eurojust media update on joint investigation team on alleged core international crimes committed in Ukraine

Close to one year after the start of the war in Ukraine, Eurojust invites media representatives to a press update on the joint investigation team (JIT) on alleged core international crimes committed in Ukraine, on Thursday 23 February at 11:00 (CET).

Media will be briefed on latest and future developments and support given to the JIT since its start in March 2022 by:

  • Mr Ladislav Hamran, President of Eurojust
  • Ms Margarita Šniutytė-Daugėlienė, Vice-President of Eurojust
  • Ms Myroslava Krasnoborova, Liaison Prosecutor for Ukraine at Eurojust
  • Mr Matevz Pezdirc, Head of the Genocide Network Secretariat at Eurojust

The press briefing will be on the record and held in English, in a hybrid format.
